Organizations rarely struggle because they lack ambition. More often, the challenge is connecting a compelling direction with the people, decisions, governance, and execution needed to make it real.

Hinge Consulting Group is an independent advisory firm working at that intersection. We help leaders bridge gaps between strategy and delivery, technical possibility and business value, and organizational aspirations and everyday capability.

Principal-led, supported by specialist expertise

Hinge Consulting Group is led by Johanna de Boer, CEO & Principal. Johanna brings experience in AI and analytics dating to the early 1990s, enterprise transformation, financial risk and regulation, information governance, executive learning, and leadership development.

Hinge operates through a flexible advisory model. When an engagement requires specialized skills or additional delivery capacity, we bring in experienced independent professionals suited to the assignment. This gives clients access to the right combination of perspectives without assuming the same team fits every challenge.

EDGE at Ontario Tech University

We partner with EDGE at Ontario Tech University to build and deliver its executive AI learning program. Hinge also independently designs, develops and delivers executive and professional education for other organizations and institutions; this partnership does not restrict that work.
